What counts towards the Free job limit?

The limit applies to active work. Collected and cancelled jobs do not use an active slot, so completed history can remain in the app while Free supports up to 10 active jobs.

Are watch fields and payment history included with Free?

Yes. Free includes the watch-specific fields, photo categories and captions, payment types and editable payment history used throughout the repair workflow.

Does cancelling Pro delete my repair records?

No. Cancelling Pro does not delete records stored on the device. Free plan limits apply after the Pro subscription ends. You can restore a compatible backup without Pro, but creating a new ZIP backup or CSV export requires Pro.

Is the subscription locked into a contract?

No. JewelIntake Pro is a monthly subscription. Google Play manages renewal, cancellation and the payment method attached to your Google account.

Does the price include tax?

JewelIntake Pro is listed at $11.99 AUD per month. Google Play displays the final price and applicable tax information before purchase.

Does JewelIntake take a percentage of repair payments?

No. JewelIntake records payments entered by the repair business. It does not process the customer’s card and does not take a transaction fee.
