Terms of Use
Terms for using the JewelIntake jewellery and watch repair intake app and website.

These Terms of Use apply to the JewelIntake Android app and website provided by ardakara .NET. By using JewelIntake, you agree to these terms and to any applicable Google Play terms.
Business record-keeping software
JewelIntake is designed to help jewellery and watch repair businesses record customer handovers, item details, photos, quotes, payments, signatures and receipts.
It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, insurance or valuation advice. JewelIntake does not guarantee that a record, photo, signature or receipt will prevent a dispute or satisfy every requirement that applies to your business.
You are responsible for deciding what information to collect and for checking that your customer terms, disclaimers, tax treatment and operating practices meet your obligations.
Your records and device
You control the customer and repair information entered into JewelIntake. You are responsible for:
- Having authority to collect and use the information
- Keeping the device, app and exported files secure
- Restricting access to authorised staff
- Maintaining appropriate backups
- Reviewing receipts before sharing them
- Correcting inaccurate job, quote or payment information
- Meeting applicable privacy and record-retention requirements
JewelIntake stores working records locally and does not automatically sync them to a JewelIntake cloud account. Loss, damage, reset or uninstallation of the device may result in permanent data loss when no usable external backup exists.
Free and Pro plans
JewelIntake includes a Free plan and an optional monthly Pro subscription. Google Play processes Pro purchases and manages renewal, cancellation and payment methods under its own terms and policies.
Plan features and limits are shown on the JewelIntake pricing page. The final price, currency, tax treatment and billing information displayed by Google Play before purchase apply to the transaction.
Ending a Pro subscription does not itself delete records stored on the device. Free plan limits apply after Pro access ends.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use JewelIntake for unlawful purposes
- Store or distribute content that you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to bypass paid feature controls
- Interfere with the app, website or related systems
- Reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Use the product in a way that compromises another person’s privacy or security
Availability and compatibility
App operation can depend on the Android version, device hardware, storage, permissions, Google Play services and third-party sharing apps.
JewelIntake may be updated to improve security, compatibility and functionality. Features may change as the product develops. No software can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Where the law permits a limitation of liability for a failure of a non-excludable guarantee, that liability may be limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.
Third-party services
JewelIntake can interact with Google Play, Android system services and sharing destinations selected by the user. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ardakara .NET is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
